Fefol Daily Iron & Folic Acid Tablets contains: Folic Acid, an ideal complement to iron by supporting the formation of healthy red blood cells, Vitamin C for enhanced dietary iron absorption, and other essential B Vitamins to assist with maintaining energy levels and help enhance physical performance in active women.

Iron (II) glycinate (Iron bisglycinate) 88.8 mg equiv. to elemental iron 24 mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 12.71 mg equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 10 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12.16 mg equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10 mg, Folic Acid 500 micrograms, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 300 micrograms, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250 mg.
