Key Ingredients

Iron Glycinate

A highly absorbable form of iron supplement known for its gentle effect on the digestive system. Unlike some other iron supplements that can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, iron glycinate is absorbed well and may cause less digestive system upset.

Folic Acid

An important B vitamin that works synergistically with iron to support the formation of healthy red blood cells. It supports the production and maintenance of new red blood cells.

Vitamin C

Significantly boosts iron absorption creating an acidic environment to keep iron (ferrous form) in a more absorbable form. It also supports the body's ability to absorb non-heme iron from plant-based sources and iron supplements.
